Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy of Amizen Labs, LLC. spells out the obligations of the Users. This Privacy Policy is in continuation of the Terms and Conditions of Amizen Labs, LLC., therefore both documents need to be read together.

Amizen Labs, LLC. takes your privacy seriously. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information that applies to our Service, and your choices about the collection and use of your information.

Amizen Labs, LLC. shall not (a) be subject to any obligations of confidentiality regarding any User generated or submitted Content except as specified in this Privacy Policy, or as otherwise specifically agreed to or required by law; (b) be obligated to pay you or any third party any compensation for any user generated or submitted content; and (c) be required to respond to any of your submissions as User generated or submitted content.

Amizen Labs, LLC. reserves the right to amend its Privacy Policy from time to time and will update the Site with the most recent version. It is your responsibility to review this Privacy Policy to ensure that you are familiar with the most current provisions. If any changes are material, we may provide additional notice and/or opportunity to “opt-in” as appropriate.

Information Collection

Information shared on the Site by User while creating a user account:
 

Depending on how the User uses the Site and Services, we may ask the User to share personally identifiable information ("Personal Information") with us. Personal Information includes any information that identifies or can be used to identify, contact or locate the User. We shall be capturing the following information while setting up your profile:
 

  1. Name of your organization, location of where the Product is being installed, contact information such as name, title, notification cell phone number(s), email address, physical address.
     

  2. We store setup and configuration related data that is useful for the delivery of our Services. This information includes but is not limited to device serial number, last active date and time, details of the cameras assigned for monitoring, details of the screen capture area assigned for monitoring, threat thresholds, and related information.
     

  3. The “Streaming” feature allows you to watch near-real-time live stream of the threat that has been detected, this is particularly helpful to determine if you would like to engage emergency response or law enforcement and whether to easily share the stream with them. In order to achieve this, we upload images and video of the pre-during-post threat to a proper secured site that only the designated individuals (us and User) can access. By default, the “Streaming” feature is turned on. If you do not want to see the image or video stream of the threat then you can deselect “Streaming” feature from the Settings.

 

Our Product or Service will only have access to the video camera(s) or display(s) that you have explicitly assigned for threatvision.ai.

How We Use Your Information

Our primary goal in collecting your information is to provide you with a professional experience when using the Site and Services as well as to improve our services for everyone.

We may use information that is collected for the following:
 

  1. We may use your name, cell phone number, address, and related information for threat notification purposes and to interact and engage with you via text message, phone call, email, or mail.
     

  2. We only view, store, use, process, analyze, or share (collectively stated as “store”) the images from your video camera or other input devices that you have specifically assigned or allocated for monitoring. Only if a threat has been detected by the Service, we will store the images from the video stream onto the device(s) or server(s) to be able to send you a text message along with an image of the threat and to allow you to view streaming so that you can you see and assess the threat before engaging authorities.
     

  3. If the “Streaming” feature is on, we may use the images pre-during-post threat for training human resources or training our artificial intelligence models or improving software and services or for marketing purposes. Before using any of the images, we will obscure or blur each face that has their frontal profile directly visible in the image. We own non-exclusive irrevocable rights to use these images as deemed appropriate without any limitations.
     

  4. The images from pre-during-post threat may be stored on the device at your location or on 3rd party cloud providers. This will allow you, us, or any authorized individuals that you have assigned to view threat incidents or videos.
     

  5. We currently use the setup and configuration related information as well as execution information solely for the purpose of providing the services.
     

  6. To provide you with customer support.
     

  7. For internal market research for our legitimate interest in improving the Site and Services.
     

  8. For troubleshooting problems.
     

  9. To notify about changes of our Site or any Services that we offer or provide through it.
     

  10. For any other purpose that allows us to improve, enhance, develop, update, train, and create value for you and our customers.
     

In addition, Amizen Labs, LLC. may release Personal Information or other information we collect, if we believe that such action is necessary to: (I) comply with legal requirements and processes; (II) identify, contact or bring legal action against persons or entities who are or we believe have caused or might cause injury to us or a third party; (III) defend or respond to claims brought or threatened against us, our employees, service providers, users of our Services or others; (IV) vendors, service providers, and technicians who help with some of our processing and storage, including helping to answer your questions; and/or (V) otherwise to protect, assert rights, interests of Amizen Labs, LLC. and of our employees, service providers, Users of the Services or others. Any such release decisions may be made by us at our sole discretion.
 

In addition, since member information on our Site and Services is a business asset, in case we are reorganized or sold to or merged with another company, we may sell, assign, or transfer your personal information to a purchaser of all or substantially all of our business assets, or to an affiliate, as applicable.

Other Information we may collect

Analytics

We may use third-party Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Site and Service.

Google Analytics: Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our Service. This data is shared with other Google services. Google may use the collected data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network.

Third Party Platforms: The Site may link to, or be linked to, other Websites, Applications, Devices, Services not maintained by us. Amizen Labs, LLC. is not responsible for the privacy policies or practices of any third parties, including any linked or linking Apps. To the extent that you disclose personally identifiable information to any such third parties, different rules may apply to their use and disclosure of personal information that you disclose to them. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of such before disclosing your personal information to them. If you link to Third Party, you may be subject to those Third-Party terms and conditions and other policies. We make no representation or guarantee as to the accuracy or authenticity of the information contained in any such Third-Party Site and Services, and your linking to any other Site is completely at your own risk and Amizen Labs, LLC. disclaims all liability thereto.

Opting Out or Unsubscribe.

We may collect your name and e-mail address for the purpose of distributing our daily, weekly or monthly newsletter service. The e-mail address provided will be used for delivery of information you have requested from this Site.

The information we collect is used expressly to provide the services requested. It is not shared with other organizations for commercial purposes. We will never sell or rent your email address for any reason.

To unsubscribe from our emails or other communications from us, you may follow the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the email or sign onto your account and change settings. However, this section does not cover the messages and advertisements you may receive within the Site.

Storage & Security

The data may be stored on our device that is deployed at your location or it may be stored in the cloud servers.

We implement and maintain reasonable security appropriate to the nature of the personal information that we collect, use, retain, transfer or otherwise process. Our reasonable security program is implemented and maintained in accordance with applicable laws. Accordingly, while our reasonable security program is designed to manage data security risks and thus help prevent data security incidents and breaches, it cannot be assumed that the occurrence of any given incident or breach results from our failure to implement and maintain reasonable security

User Data Rights

By using our Services and Marketing Activities you expressly give your consent for the collection and use of your personal information in compliance with this Privacy Policy. This does not affect lawful processing under applicable laws based on other legal basis such as contractual obligation, compliance with applicable laws, and legitimate purposes.

Child protection

Our Services are not intended for or directed to children. Children under 18 are not eligible to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and understand that you must be at least 18 years old in order to create an account and purchase and use the Services advertised through our platform. We do not knowingly collect or maintain Personal Information from children under the age of 18. If we learn that we have inadvertently gathered Personal Information from children younger than the age of 18, we will take reasonable measures to delete or destroy such information from our records.

Right to Access or Correct Personal Information

You have the right to access and correct your personal information. If you want to review or correct your personal information, you can visit your account profile page, or you may send us an email through the contact information section located at customerservice@amizenlabs.com

Upon receipt of your written request, we will attempt to provide you with a copy of your Personal Information although in certain limited circumstances, we may not be able to make all relevant information such as old recorded videos available to you such as where that information also pertains to another user. We will endeavor to deal with all requests for access and modifications in a timely manner. To make any update, correct, delete or add to your Personal Information, please send a request to customerservice@amizenalabs.com As appropriate, this amended Personal Information will be transmitted to those parties to which we are permitted to disclose your information.
